"We paid $99 for Threshold delivery. A third-party deliverer brought the delivery, but initially refused threshold service, since their paperwork didn't show it. I called Home Depot in front of them, and they changed their tune fast. Not sure if Home Depot is at fault or the delivery service, but my wife and I came away frustrated with this process.
