"My husband made a reservation for the two of us for a ride to the airport. 5:30 AM pickup. At 5:35 AM, with no pickup yet, he double checked the reservation. He had made it for 5:30 PM! He called Shuttle Express, explaining his mistake and our predicament to the dispatcher. The dispatcher checked, had a driver nearby, and in 20 minutes, we were on our way to the airport, easily making our flight. We feel so grateful to Shuttle Express for going the extra mile to help. We've used their service for years, and will continue to do so."

Somehow they talk you into waking up early on Christmas morning to drive to the airport and see your real gift — another canceled flight and a stocking full of lies. Ho ho ho, Merry Christmas from Alaska Airlines. (Please do yourself a favor and pay money for another airline. You ultimately will have to anyway when you’re stranded)"

"No complaints here, everything was seamless and organized from check-in to boarding. Delta staff were efficient, and security moved surprisingly fast for a busy airport like Seatac. The only thing I noticed is that the Delta gates don’t have a lot of seating available, so if you get there early, be prepared to stand or wander around a bit before boarding. Overall, a smooth and hassle-free travel experience!"
