For a Wi-Fi network, select Wi-Fi > Manage known networks. Choose the network for which you want to change the settings. For an Ethernet network, select Ethernet, then select the Ethernet network you’re connected to. Next to IP assignment, select Edit. Under Edit IP settings, select Automatic (DHCP) or Manual.
If your device has an Ethernet port, plug in an Ethernet cable, and then plug the other end into an Ethernet port on your router. If your device doesn’t have an Ethernet port but you want to try this option, you might consider getting a USB to Ethernet adapter.
