"after booking and getting a confirmation (which took longer than expected) i phone their service department to ack if i could drop off my car the evening prior to my *.45 appointment. this was agreed and i was told staff would be their till 6pm.on arriving at approx 4.30 i was told that they could now not do the service the following day at all. although the young lady seemed to have a large amount of service sheets in her hand that she was able to do. so waisted time booked time off work etc."
