"So I had to get my phone repaired. The store ordered the part and I went up to get it. I assumed it would take what, 10 mins? No, they told me it would be 2 hours. Due to a medical device tethered thru my phone, this made me nervous AF. Well lucky for me they had this amazing employee named Chris, he calmed me down and explained the process step by step. I waited in the store and read a book, and fully aware of my anxiety, Chris pushed the repair through and I actually got it back a little sooner than what was quoted. I cannot recommend this store and that specific employee enough."

"Placed an order on september the first to be delivered on the seventh between 13:45 and 16:45 for a fifty five inch tv and a soundbar, The time came and went with no call and no show. Driver finally calls at eight fifteen, says they're picking up the soundbar at the at the store. I told them at that point we need to reschedule. I called and talked to customer service, and they said, I would have to call on Sunday. So I did, then they told me, I'd have to wait 24 to 48 hours for them to process it. Here it is monday at twelve noon and still have not received a call back to schedule the new delivery and they've got my money. That has got to be the dumbest ass procedure, i've ever heard about you never make customer wait. And when you screw up that customer should get top priority to get it fixed. I wouldn't trust best lie if they were in church praying. Unfortunately yelp will not allow up me to give them zero stars when they truly deserve negative numbers."

Why is my iPhone silencing calls? After the last iOS update, my iPhone 11 Pro Max (iOS 13.6) has decided to silence calls from any number outside of My Favorites list, and it will also not ring/vibrate when receiving ANY texts, regardless of who they are from. This only appears to happen when the phone is locked.
The iPhone 13 is an amazing choice! Typically, Apple provides updates to the device until 5 years after year of release, sometimes 6. Since the iPhone 13 was released in 2021, you will likely get updates until 2026, maybe 2027.
