If you want to park and see the falls easily, this is the place to go! You can hike down, but there’s a good viewing area too! Full review by scotttimkim

Not really. There are two parking lots within a short walk of the falls so I suppose you could do it tail-gate style in either if you were inclined. I believe there is a picnic table or two near the parking lot at the end of Mud Street, and there is some grass there, but there are no bbq pits, running water, bathrooms or permanent shelters anywhere, and you can't actually see the waterfall(s) from either location.
