Sup Kentucky is a top-rated Stand Up Paddling and Kayaking adventure company offering eco-friendly tours throughout Kentucky. Our most popular adventure is the Crystal Kayak and SUP Glow tour located in the heart of the Red River Gorge. Adventurers paddle through a flooded underground limestone mine on clear SUP boards or crystal clear kayaks. Colorful glowing LEDs and headlamps light the way through the pitch-black mine and reveal the natural wonders of the underground. In addition to the Glow Tour at the Gorge Underground, we offer SUP tours at Cumberland Falls and Grayson Lake. Check out cascading waterfalls (above ground and below!) and discover the secret cove at Grayson Grotto. Tours are beginner friendly. No experience required.

What If I bring my own kayak? Do you have different pricing options? Or this location is just reserved for private tours?
A:
There are public access points if you have your own boat but I didn’t see any prices just for providing transportation.

Can children participate in the glow paddle boarding?
A:
Yes they can! 10 and over can use a paddle board. Under 10 can go in our kids kayak!
