This was the most beautiful hike we did in Mammoth. The fact that you hike past 2 lakes and end up at Crystal lake is just incredible. We found the hike the easiest one we did and the most shaded in … Full review by Kelly H

We followed an Alltrails hike from George Lake parking lot, following a 3.5 hike with am elevation gain of 839ft over 1.5 miles. The trail was well looked after, easy to follow. Plenty of switch bac… Full review by H6Ragz

From the Meridian/Old Mammoth Rd intersection (the Vons intersection), go north on Old Mammoth Rd until it ends. Turn left on Main St. Follow Main St and it turns into Lake Mary …

From the Meridian/Old Mammoth Rd intersection (the Vons intersection), go north on Old Mammoth Rd until it ends. Turn left on Main St. Follow Main St and it turns into Lake Mary Road. Follow this 5 miles or so and you will see a brown sign pointing towards Pokonobe Lodge and Lake Mary Campground. Turn left. After crossing the bridge, turn right. This road takes you to Lake George. The trailhead is on the righthand side of the road as you get close to the Lake George parking lot.
