Hi. Within the park itself around the center is all black top. The walking paths by the river and Canal are also bike paths and a scooter should be ok

Great question! First, the bridge is not closed for the December 11 crossing, just on Christmas Day. To be completely honest, we're not sure how well you can hear it. We place …

Great question! First, the bridge is not closed for the December 11 crossing, just on Christmas Day. To be completely honest, we're not sure how well you can hear it. We place speakers on the PA side of the river only, so it depends on everything from the wind direction to the volume of the people around you. Your best shot at seeing the crossing and hearing the narration would be to arrive early and get a spot near the bank on the PA side.
