Where is the best place to park?

We had good luck at the State Street parking garage. It was clean, easy to use, and an easy walking distance to the harbor.

Can we catch a water taxi to uss constitution as well as returning.

Yes you can and there is also the BIG BUS stopping at USS constitusion and does the city tour . Make the best of it.

It all depends on weather. They do have boat taxis. If the weather is bad which it was going from PTown to Boston people missed their connections.
