It is a difficult place to find! I had to call the Vanuatu tourism office in Luganville. The only company that conducts the tour is Santo Heritage Tours. Call Timmy at 774 0968. It is not cheap at $8000vt/pp for a group and $10000/pp for a couple. But it’s worth it! They ask for 24hrs notice for bookings and they seem to run tours any day of the week.
Q:
Can kids do this ?
A:
as long as they are comfortable in water, they will be wearing a lifejacket and will have a pool noodle too.

Easy. You simply book through the reception desk at whatever hotel / resort you are staying at - they all have contact with the tour operators. For instance, when in Santo we asked at reception how to book the Hope Waterfall tour. As it was the quiet time of year the normal tour operator wasn't running but the receptionist found an operator from another resort who drove around to collect us, take us on tour, then drop us back. Was our best day in Santo! This was Richard from Oyster Island (who are closing/are closed for renovations) but I believe he has gone to Lope Lope and they are probably running same tours. ps make sure you go up to Port Olry and Champagne Beach too, absolutely fantastic! Enjoy.
