The BIG3 basketball league and co-founder Ice Cube won't be making an aggressive play to sign Chicago Sky star Angel Reese like it did last year for Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark.

During her final NCAA Tournament run with the Iowa Hawkeyes in 2024, which ended in a loss to South Carolina in the championship game, BIG3 co-founder Ice Cube confirmed on social media that he had offered Caitlin Clark a $5 million contract to join the league.
