An Iranian missile slammed into the main hospital in southern Israel early Thursday, wounding people and causing “extensive damage," according to a spokesperson.

Israel said it hit centrifuge production sites and weapons factories in a fresh round of attacks that involved more than 50 jets. There were fewer ballistic missile attacks by Iran on Israel than in previous days but Israel’s military said it had intercepted three Iranian drones.
