Two of Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo's former aides will see criminal charges dismissed in the ongoing bid-rigging case. Prosecutors under Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed motions on Wednesday to dismiss charges of misuse of official information and tampering with records against former policy aide Aaron Dunn and policy director Wallis Nader.

ABC13 has learned that the criminal cases against some of Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo's former staffers have been dismissed. Lawyers for Aaron Dunn and Wallis Nader confirmed on Wednesday that the attorney general filed a motion to drop their charges.
