Berkshire Hathaway CFO Marc Hamburg to retire; Todd Combs exits GEICO for JPMorgan

Berkshire Hathaway ( BRK.B) said Monday that Marc Hamburg, senior vice president and chief financial officer, will retire from the company on June 1, 2027, after 40 years of service. Charles Chang will succeed Hamburg as senior vice president and chief financial officer of Berkshire Hathaway, effective June 1, 2026.
