It recently introduced its GeForce RTX 50 series graphics cards (including RTX 5090 and RTX 5080) which use the Blackwell architecture. These GPUs offer ~2x the performance of the previous generation and feature advanced AI technologies.

Investors were not impressed by Nvidia's quarterly performance and outlook even though it handily beat Wall Street's expectations thanks to the booming demand for its artificial intelligence (AI) chips.
