Shattered glass and piles of rubble littered the floors of Soroka Medical Center on Thursday, after an Iranian missile ripped through the hospital in Israel's south, injuring dozens.

Israel's main southern hospital sustained a direct hit Thursday from an Iranian missile as Israel attacked a heavy water reactor in Iran.

Iran launched a series of powerful missile strikes into Israel. One of the Iranian missiles directly hit the Soroka Medical Center, the largest hospital in southern Israel, located in the city of Be’er Sheva.
