Eleven counties in England could see snow later today as an area of cloud and rain collides with colder air. There's a risk of snow in counties including Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Hampshire, Sussex and Kent,

A number of weather warnings are in place for parts of the UK on Tuesday, as more snow is forecast to fall across the country and flooding is expected. The Met Office has issued three new yellow snow and ice warnings and another snow alert over the next three days following a weekend of extreme weather.

Maps show a blanket of snow falling over most of Wales on Wednesday, excluding areas along the the south coast, such as Cardiff, Barry and Porthcawl. Other areas, including Pembrokeshire and parts of the north coast will not be affected, maps suggest.
