The homicide charge stems from an incident on Dec. 8, in which Bailey was involved in a car crash that resulted in the death of her 2-year-old daughter, Ryleigh Collins, according to court records.
2-year-old Elton Bailey was found three hours after he went missing Dec. 29. Police say Bailey's grandfather stopped at a home on Old State Road leaving his SUV running with Bailey inside.
