An atmospheric river has arrived in the Bay Area, with moderate to heavy rain expected to continue, along with increasing winds and thunderstorm chances.

Another storm soaked the Bay Area on Thursday flooding streets and knocking out power to thousands in the South Bay. One of the hardest hit places was Morgan Hill. NBC Bay Area’s Ian Cull takes a look and shows how the area was impacted by the storm.
