Under your device name or model, click on Phone Number to reveal the IMEI number. If your iPhone is brand new or has been recently reset, you can find the IMEI number on the initial setup screen.

If you can't find the Settings app ... Scroll down until you see the word "iPhone" and "This iPhone (model name)" listed ...

That's not a problem, though, because you can quickly find out your model name and model number in your iPhone's Settings app.
