A North Fort Myers man was arrested after he dragged a tethered dog down the road behind his truck on Thursday, according to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office.
Johnny Lee Davis, 69, faces one count of aggravated animal cruelty after witnesses reported seeing him drag his dog, Ruthie.
