The Ole Miss Rebels went on the road for the first time in SEC play this weekend and returned home with not just their first SEC series win, but a sweep after taking all three games from the Missouri Tigers.

LSU will send Chase Shores to the mound for the series finale on Sunday. He pitched 20 innings in his four starts, giving up seven runs on 22 hits. Five of those innings came last weekend against North Alabama when he allowed two runs and struck out four. The sophomore right-hander owns a 3.15 ERA.

Ole Miss baseball is up in the rankings after a road sweep. The Rebels (18-5, 4-2 SEC) swept Missouri (8-14, 0-6) over the weekend. Ole Miss is No. 15 in the USA TODAY coaches poll, which is up three spots from last week.
