Huggy's fate following his long fall at the tail-end of Chapter 1 has officially been answered in Chapter 4. As we expected, it turns out he did survive and he's angrier than ever.

Already having a fake-out death for Huggy in Chapter 1 is enough, and as the game is getting close to its end, it would make sense to remove Huggy Wuggy now. The next most likely death is Kissy Missy.
