Colerain Township purchased the former Sears store attached to Northgate Mall in 2023. Now the plan may raze it to promote a mixed-use development.

The Sears building at Northgate Mall will be demolished in 2025 in a $7 million project spearheaded by the Port Authority and Colerain Township.
