Bringing in new coaches and coordinators while letting others go. Chris Harris was one of those the Titans parted ways with, and it didn't take long for him to find a new job as he is reportedly set to join the New York Jets.

Another Tennessee Titans coach has found his way to a new squad ahead of the 2025 season. According to The Athletic insider Zack Rosenblatt, the New York Jets are hiring Chris Harris to their defensive coaching staff.

Jets head coach Aaron Glenn revealed at a Monday press conference that he will not call the team's defensive plays and the team has started the process of finding someone who will handle that responsibility.

The team said Monday it has parted ways with special teams coordinator Colt Anderson, passing game coordinator/cornerbacks coach Chris Harris, tight ends coach Justin Outten, special teams assistant Anthony Levine and defensive assistant Clint McMillan.
