The resurrection flower is a rare new species that's emerged in SA. Named the Moraea Anastasia, it’s a delicate bloom that's got botanists abuzz.

Some varieties produce white flowers. There are six slender tepals that curve outward, giving the flower its star-like appearance. At the center of the blossom, bright yellow anthers are on display.
