Bryce Young’s signature game against the Atlanta Falcons this past weekend got him — and the Carolina Panthers — some special recognition.

Newton won the NFC Offensive Player of the Week Award 10 times as the Panthers quarterback. Young became the fifth Carolina QB to win the award, joining other one-time winners Kerry Collins in 1996, Steve Beuerlein in 1999 and Jake Delhomme in 2008.
