The Las Vegas Raiders have continued overhauling their coaching staff by hiring former Ohio State offensive mastermind Chip Kelly as their new offensive coordinator. Kelly, who helped the Buckeyes win a National Championship in January,

Albert Breer of SI.com reports that the Raiders were able to lure Chip Kelly away from Ohio State with a contract that will pay him a staggering $6 million per year.

The Raiders have already made it official their new general manager John Spytek and new head coach Pete Carroll. The next step is a formal press conference. And now that is set as well.
