The Seattle Mariners are surging and Jorge Polanco is the main reason why. Polanco hit a pair of homers in the Mariners’ 5-3 win against the Los Angeles Angels on Tuesday night.

Polanco drove in all five runs on Tuesday as the Mariners beat the Los Angeles Angels at T-Mobile Park. He had two homers and narrowly missed a third.

After being named the American League Player of the Week for posting a .471 batting average with four home runs and eight RBI over a five-game span, Jorge Polanco once again was the driving force for the Seattle Mariners with two home runs in a 5-3 victory over the Los Angeles Angels to open the series.
