Taylor Heise played hero scoring the overtime winner to lift the Minnesota Frost to a 2-1 victory over the Boston Fleet Wednesday night at the Xcel Energy Center. The Frost have won all three match ups against Boston this season.

Boston took a 1-0 lead at 3:40 of the first period when Hannah Bilka scored on a rebound. The Fleet appeared to take a 2-0 lead just over a minute later when Shay Maloney poked the puck past Rooney, but after video review the goal was wiped out due to goaltender interference.

Britta Curl-Salemme scored a goal with 13 seconds remaining in overtime to help the Minnesota Frost beat the Boston Fleet 4-3.

Salemme scored with 12 seconds left in overtime after Susanna Tapani put in two goals in a hurry for the Fleet.

Despite a close call in the third, the Frost found a way to take the win in overtime after dropping two goals late.
