PHOENIX — If you blinked, you missed it. But if you were outside at exactly the right time and looking up — you may have seen a plane writing phrases in the sky over the Valley on Tuesday. So, what was it? It appears to be an advertisement for Hulu's new show "Paradise," starring Sterling K. Brown.
Skywriting is a known advertising technique in which small aircraft release smoke to create messages. WRAL News has reached out to Hulu to confirm the source and ask why Raleigh was selected for the possible advertising campaign.
