Jaylen Brown joined Celtics teammate Jayson Tatum as an Eastern Conference All-Star on Thursday night with the wing selected as a reserve by NBA coaches. It is the fourth All-Star selection for Brown over the last five seasons.

Tatum will be a starting player for the Eastern Conference team, the league announced last week, while it was announced on Thursday that Brown will be a reserve player.

Brown and company will be joined by the East starters in Celtics teammate Jayson Tatum, Giannis Antetokounmpo of the Bucks, Donovan Mitchell of the Cavs, Karl-Anthony Towns of the New York Knicks, and Knicks teammate Jalen Brunson.

San Antonio's Victor Wembanyama has been chosen for his first NBA All-Star Game as one of seven reserves from the Western Conference.

The star Spurs center becomes the first San Antonio player since Dejounte Murray in 2021-2022 to make the All-Star squad.
