A 19-year-old man was rescued by passengers in a private boat Saturday night after he jumped into the Missouri River from the Mormon Bridge in North Omaha.

The bridge, the longest single-span concrete arch bridge in the Western Hemisphere, has become a popular tourist attraction. There were no suicides the first year it opened.
