Springdale council OKs Tyson bond issue for up to $127 million; company to buy former Cargill site

Springdale officials on Tuesday backed the issuance of Act 9 industrial bonds to allow Tyson Foods to purchase the now-closed Cargill facility at 730 E. Randall Wobbe Lane.
