Friday is shaping up to be a soggy day! We’re not talking about record-breaking rain, but certainly a much-needed soaking.

A Hofstra University professor is developing a virtual reality simulator to help study how drivers react in a snow squall.

Vermont’s snowfall totals ranged from as high as 9.5 inches in Morgan to as little as a dusting to 2 inches in other communities across the Green Mountain State.

New Yorkers called in more than 750,000 noise complaints. Incredibly, nearly 10 percent of them came from one area.

Snow squalls can create whiteout conditions with zero visibility, strong gusty winds and a possible flash freeze.
