As the NFC Divisional between the LA Rams and Philadelphia Eagles headed into halftime, NBC had the latest on an injury for RB Saquon Barkley. Per NBC’s Melissa Stark, Barkley is dealing with a wrist issue on his left hand that Philly’s training staff checked out.

Chiefs head coach Andy Reid has not overlooked the impressive stats and expressed high praise for the running back. “They’re a great football team,” he said, per Jeff Sversky. “As coaches, we have to dig in and get going. …They’ve got a running back, that, you know is arguably one of the best in the history of the game.”

Former Penn State running back Saquon Barkley is having a career year in his first season with the Philadelphia Eagles, becoming just the ninth player in NFL history to amass 2,000 rushing yards in a season.
