Studio Ghibli's My Neighbor Totoro saw Hayao Miyazaki create a powerful ending about faith, belief and the magic of mankind being one with nature.

The original anime film My Neighbor Totoro is the story of two young sisters, Mei and Satsuki, who move to the countryside and encounter Totoro, wonderful creatures which only children can see.

SAPPORO—A cool reproduction of the Catbus and sisters Satsuki and May in popular anime “My Neighbor Totoro” won the top prize in the citizen sculpture event at the 2023 Sapporo Snow Festival.
