Roman Anthony's sister has spoken out after going viral during his debut and gaining thousands of followers overnight.

Prized rookie Roman Anthony has hit his first major league home run for the Boston Red Sox in the first inning against the Seattle Mariners.

After demolishing Triple-A left-handers all spring, the Red Sox are hoping Roman Anthony can do the same to Yankees southpaw Ryan Yarbrough on Friday night.
