The jury in the Raul Valle murder trial has returned with a verdict in the death of Fairfield Prep's James McGrath and the assaults of three others.

The judge declared a mistrial on the remaining charges that the jury could have considered, as they remained “hopelessly deadlocked.”

The jury agreed that they were "hopelessly deadlocked" on lesser charges of reckless manslaughter and other assault charges.
