Eddie Howe has confirmed that Newcastle have rejected an offer from Liverpool for Alexander Isak. The Sweden international has not travelled to Asia for Newcastle’s pre-season tour and is currently training on his own in Spain. Isak wants to leave the club this summer but Magpies boss Howe remains hopeful of keeping him.
