Verstappen is not upbeat about Red Bull's chances ahead of the Singapore GP, though he hopes for better fortunes than last year

Sergio Perez has joked that Max Verstappen ’s struggles at the Azerbaijan Grand Prix could be attributed to the fact that the Dutchman was ‘not focused’. The reigning world champion could only finish fifth on the road around the streets of Baku.

Red Bull Racing have been forced to make a drastic decision ahead of this weekend’s Singapore Grand Prix. The Milton Keynes-based team won the last two Formula 1 titles thanks to the dominance of Max Verstappen. However, the 2024 season is starting to become a problem after they were overtaken in the standings by a resurgent McLaren team.
