Texas House leaders have launched an investigation into the gaming platform Roblox after reports that users created simulations allowing players to act as gunmen in mass shootings, including the 2022 attack at Robb Elementary School, according to NBC DFW.

A disturbing Roblox game tied to Uvalde has Texas officials demanding answers and taking a closer look at child safety on the platform.

Texas House Speaker Dustin Burrows on Monday targeted Roblox for alleged child endangerment, after learning the platform offered a simulation of the 2022 Uvalde mass shooting.
