Shamar Arnoux, a four-star cornerback from Carrollton (Ga.) High School, committed to Auburn and Hugh Freeze on Thursday, backing off his pledge to Lincoln Riley and USC, where he'd been committed since June 26.

Arnoux’s flip comes just days after the Tigers lost a corner to Ole Miss in similar fashion. The Tigers now have 4 known commitments from cornerbacks in the 2025 cycle, with Arnoux joining 4-star Blake Woodby, 4-star Donovan Starr, and 4-star Devin Williams.

Shamar Arnoux has pulled the trigger on another big flip in the 2025 recruiting cycle. After a string of visits to the Plains since the summer, Arnoux has flipped his commitment from USC to Auburn just less than three aways until National Signing Day. Arnoux committed to the Trojans over those Tigers in June.
