Wendy Williams is shaking up her legal team as she continues her fight for freedom from her guardianship.

Wendy Williams is making moves in her battle to end her guardianship. The former “Wendy Williams Show” host, 60, reportedly fired her court-appointed attorney, Linda Redlisky, on Wednesday. Sources told TMZ that Redlisky got the pink slip after the attorney allegedly failed to file paperwork for a trial about whether Williams’ guardianship was necessary when the TV star asked her to do so.

On a phone call with The Breakfast Club, the former daytime talk show host—who was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia and progressive aphasia in 2023—said she feels like she is “in prison” in her care facility.

Pop icon Britney Spears has reportedly reached out to support former daytime talk show host Wendy Williams in her fight to end her court-ordered guardianship. This news comes just days after Wendy’s niece announced that an attorney had been retained to challenge the legal arrangement.
