Spring is just around the corner, and that means fresh, floral and vibrant flavors are about to hit coffee shop menus. Starbucks is gearing up to welcome the season with an exciting new menu—and it just got leaked.

“In the coming months, you’ll see us begin to optimize our menu offerings, resulting in roughly 30% reduction in both beverages and food SKUs by the end of fiscal year 2025,” Niccol shared Tuesday during Starbucks’ quarterly earnings call, per Axios.

The spring menu features new non-drink items, too: The Jalapeño Chicken Pocket, which is made with a "toasted chile lavish flatbread" and "stuffed with diced chicken, charred poblanos, green jalapeños, three-chile-pepper cheese and jalapeño cream cheese," and two flavors of Truff Hot Sauce (Original Hot Sauce and Jalapeño Lime Hot Sauce).

Starbucks is known for its seasonal offerings, and this March, the coffee chain will debut a new cherry drink and bring back an old floral favorite.
