Sergio Conceicao capped an incredible first week at AC Milan by lifting the Italian Super Cup on Monday, wrapping up a period which included two comeback wins, fighting a fever, picking up an injury and smoking a cigar in the dressing room.

The goal sparked a late comeback from Milan and it was none other than Pulisic's USMNT teammate, Yunus Musah who all-but sent the Rossoneri through to the Italian Super Cup final. The 22-year-old's cross was deflected into the back of the net by Federico Gatti to give Milan the 1–2 lead.

Christian Pulisic returned from injury to lead the fightback as Milan came from behind to beat Juventus and reach the Italian Super Cup final. The 26-year-old USMNT forward was named player of the match after he won and then converted the penalty that brought his side back into the tie,
