Lucy Grace Nelson was arrested after police say she returned to the dealership there with “additional incendiary devices” and materials used in vandalism.
Forty-year-old Lucy Grace Nelson was charged with bringing explosives to a Colorado Tesla dealership after a series of incidents at the business.
