It happened around 3:27 a.m. at Taste of the City Lounge, located at 903 Franklin Avenue, according to the NYPD.

Police responded to reports of shots fired in a Soundview neighborhood Saturday evening. Police officers were on the scene at East 174th Street near Rosedale and Commonwealth avenues.
