In unsurprising news, the Cybertruck is facing yet another recall. The latest recall from Tesla affects over 2,400 vehicles, and this time owners can't rely on a simple software update. The futuristic pickup truck needs actual hands-on repairs.

The recall is the sixth this year for the vehicles. Last month, the EV maker said it would recall more than 27,000 Cybertrucks in the United States due to delayed rear-view camera images that could impair driver visibility and increase crash risks.

Tesla said on Wednesday it was recalling 2,400 Cybertruck pickups in the U.S. because a faulty part could lead to a loss of power and increase the risk of a crash, in its sixth callback of Cybertrucks this year.
